Mudd Chemistry Building at Vassar College - Poughkeepsie, NY

The renovation of the existing reading room in the Mudd Chemistry Building into a computer visualization laboratory took into account student/teacher interaction inside the classroom.  The design includes student workstations complete with state of the art, flat screen monitors which provide for enhanced viewing, and interaction in the classroom.  We created a lighting system, incorporated optimal acoustics and an interfaced computer system which allow students to project their own monitor images onto the large projection screen, thus further enhancing the educational process.
